About Me

I am a Physics PhD graduate student at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. I work with the Astrophysics group with my advisers, Eileen Meyer and Markos Georganopolous. My research is focused on high energy astrophysics, particularly jets in AGNs (active galactic nuclei).

I graduated B.S. Physics cum laude last July 2020. I was a member of the NIP Gravity Group for three years, under the guidance of my former adviser, Ian Vega. You may check my CV below for more information on my academic career.

My main hobby outside of physics is playing sports, particularly football (or soccer). I was part of a football team in my hometown back in high school and I participated in inter-college competitions during undergrad. I also play ultimate frisbee with my friends during my free time.
